My work is rooted in listening.
Listening to the body, to sound, to nature, and to the subtle rhythms that move beneath the surface of our everyday lives. Over many years as a musician, artist, and healer, I’ve come to trust that when we slow down and tune in, the body knows exactly what it needs.
Whether through Meditation, Sound Healing, Reiki, or Frequency medicine, my intention is simple: to create a calm, supportive space where balance can return naturally. I don’t believe in forcing healing. I believe in presence, resonance, and allowing the body’s own intelligence to lead the way.
Much of my inspiration comes from nature here in Victoria, BC on Vancouver Island; the forests, the ocean, and the quiet moments in between. These same qualities of grounding, flow, and stillness are woven into every session I offer.

"Henry a musician, energy healer, and frequency medicine practitioner whose work bridges sound, nature, and spirit. For most of his adult life, he has explored the vibrational language of music — blending tones, textures, and intention to awaken healing and remembrance.
Living on the lush west coast of Vancouver Island, Henry begins each day with a walk through the forest to the sea, communing with the trees and elements to transmute dense energies into love. The forest is his cathedral, the ocean his tuning fork, and the Earth — Gaia — his greatest teacher.
Through sound, frequency, and mindful presence, Henry, White Mountain Medicine Man, invites others to reconnect with their own innate harmony. His creations — from meditations and sound journeys to hand-crafted healing tools made from driftwood, crystals, and metal — are expressions of gratitude to the living consciousness of the planet.
Guided by a heart-centered path, Henry’s intention is simple: to help others remember their own luminous nature and the peace that exists within every moment."
Energy Healing
Energy healing works with the body’s subtle energy systems to restore balance, harmony, and flow.
Through practices such as Reiki, sound healing, and frequency medicine, the nervous system is gently supported, blockages are cleared, and the body is invited back into its natural state of self-regulation and ease.
These modalities do not force change — they create the conditions for healing to unfold naturally, guided by your own inner intelligence.
Frequency Medicine & the AO Scan
Frequency is the language of the body. Every emotion, organ, and system carries its own vibrational signature. When those frequencies fall out of balance, the body communicates through discomfort, fatigue, or emotional strain.
The Solex AO Scan is a non-invasive frequency analysis and balancing system that reads patterns through the voice and energetic field, offering insight into where support may be needed.
Sub-Section: Inner Voice
The Inner Voice scan uses a short voice recording to reveal emotional frequency patterns and provides personalized balancing tones designed to calm and harmonize the emotional body.
Sub-Section: Full Body Scan
The full scan offers a broader view of energetic and physical systems — including organs, hormones, meridians, chakras, and stress markers — supporting a deeper understanding of overall balance.
Sub-Section: Frequency Broadcasts (SEFI)
Balancing frequencies can also be broadcast to support emotional clearing, grounding, recovery, focus, and energetic alignment — including sessions for people, spaces, objects, and pets.
